Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ValidoAPI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including developers, businesses, and enterprise customers.
2. Service Description
ValidoAPI provides email validation API services including but not limited to syntax checking, MX record lookup, SMTP verification, disposable email detection, and bulk email verification. Services are provided on a SaaS basis via REST API.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use ValidoAPI for illegal purposes, to validate emails for spam campaigns, to build competing email validation products without written permission, or to reverse engineer our systems. Violation of these terms will result in account termination.
4. API Usage & Rate Limits
Usage is limited by your plan's monthly quota and rate limits. Exceeding limits will result in 429 responses until the next billing cycle. You are responsible for monitoring your usage through the dashboard.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 100 API calls on the paid plan. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge.
6. Service Level Agreement
The Growth and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA measured monthly. Enterprise plans may negotiate higher SLAs. The Starter (free) plan does not include an SLA guarantee.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked and access is removed. Account data is deleted within 30 days. You remain liable for any outstanding charges at termination.
