Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?

A one-time payment. You buy a credit pack (e.g. 50,000 validations) and those credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No auto-renewals, no recurring charges.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your API calls will return a quota-exceeded response. You can top up any time by purchasing another plan — there's no need to wait for a renewal cycle.

Can I upgrade mid-way through my current pack?

Yes. You can purchase a higher plan at any time. Unused credits from your current plan stay active alongside the new credits.

Do you offer INR pricing for India?

Yes! All paid plans are available in Indian Rupees (₹) with full UPI, net-banking, and card support via Razorpay. Just toggle ₹ Indian Rupee on the pricing page.

Can I get a refund?

If you've used fewer than 100 validations from a paid pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@validoapi.com.

Do unused credits roll over after 12 months?

Credits expire 12 months after purchase. If you need longer validity, contact us — enterprise plans can offer custom expiry.
